STILLWATER PAIR ACCUSED OF MARIJUANA POSSESSION.(CAPITAL REGION)

STILLWATER -- A Route 75 couple were charged with possession of marijuana following a raid on Tuesday at their home. Daniel J. Izzo, 44, and his wife, Barbara A. Izzo, 43, are each charged with first- and second-degree possession of marijuana. Daniel Izzo was also charged with fourth-degree possession of a weapon.

Troopers said they found about 18 pounds of marijuana in the house at 107 County Route 75, along with about $1,600, a billy club, chukka sticks, a switchblade knife and four rifles.

The couple were arraigned in Clifton Park Town Court and ordered held in Saratoga County Jail on $25,000 bail each.
